Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation) - Gpac

Highly regarded California labor & employment law firm seeks an exceptional associate attorney to join their recognized team. This is a great opportunity for an associate with a background in civil litgation and a passion for helping individuals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, collaborate well with a team, and a minimum of one year of experience with civil litigation. Associates on the team work with senior attorneys and are trusted to take on increased responsibility, including sitting second chair for trials. While trial experience is welcomed, it is not a requirement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed with the California Bar
• 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably plaintiff experience
• Experience with all aspects of litigation, including drafting various legal correspondence and discovery, attending and participating in hearings and depositions, settlement negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and effectively prioritize matters 
• Versatility, flexibility, attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational skills
