If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship this is a good fit for you. Work directly with clients and develop relationships. If you are a stellar associate, you will be rewarded. Responsibilities and Qualifications: 

• 4 + years’ Litigation experience. 
• Skilled with discovery and conducting depositions
• Proficiency drafting and arguing motions
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials
• Attend mediations, court hearings, and negotiation settlements
• Member of the ATL bar in good standing
