We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Associate to join our commercial litigation team. This position is ideal for a legal professional with experience in handling complex cases and a proactive approach to case management.
- Prepare and refine pleadings, motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents to support litigation strategies.
- Perform thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide well-informed legal opinions.
- Assist senior attorneys in managing cases, including preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Prepare and assist witnesses for depositions, take and defend depositions, and analyze transcripts to identify case strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop relationships with clients, contribute to case strategy discussions, and support business development efforts to grow your client base.
- Work closely with partners and colleagues to ensure effective case management and contribute to the firm’s overall success.
What we are looking for:
- Licensed to practice law in PA
- 3+ years of commercial litigation law experience
