We are seeking a motivated and ambitious entry-level associate attorney who has recently graduated and is eager to start their legal career. This is a fantastic opportunity to receive hands-on training, guidance, and exposure to a variety of legal areas, including real estate, estate planning, estate administration, and business planning. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, and business services, providing strategic advice and solutions.
  
• Participate in consultations to understand the intricacies and merits of each case, tailoring your approach to meet individual client needs.
• Assist in drafting precise and comprehensive documents to protect our clients’ interests, ensuring their plans are legally sound and adaptable to future changes.
• Monitor legal risks and offer preventative advice to shield clients from potential issues.
• Stay informed about laws, rulings, and regulations, translating complex legal jargon into actionable guidance for clients.

Skills:

• Proficiency with Office 365, Lackner, SoftPro, and general office systems/processes.
  

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage stress and perform under pressure.

Recommended:

• Licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent.
  
• Licensed Pennsylvania Notary.
