Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney (3-5 Years Experience)

Location: Hoover, AL

Job Type: Full-Time
Billable Hours Requirement:- 1800 hours/year
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends unless there is a trial)

Overview:

I am seeking a motivated and talented attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join a dynamic legal team handling complex commercial litigation matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to step into a high-profile practice area with clients in the manufacturing industry, professional sports, and entertainment law. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle commercial litigation matters involving high-profile clients in manufacturing, professional athletics, and entertainment.
- Manage all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop strategies that best suit their legal and business needs.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
- Expand into entertainment law as part of the firm's growing practice.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing with state bar or be eligible to waive into the state of Alabama.  
- 3-5 years of experience in litigation (commercial or insurance defense preferred).
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
