TempExperts is recruiting for an Associate Attorney that has 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience, preferably in Casualty, Premises or Product Liability, or Complex Litigation. In this position you will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner in the Miami, FL firm.
The ideal candidate will conduct accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages. Conduct own depositions, attend hearings and argue motions. This position will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.
