Job Details
We are seeking a highly-motivated litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably in defending personal injury cases with extensive knowledge of Texas law and procedure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing for trial, including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interviews and witness preparation
Researching, both legal and factual investigation
Drafting of briefs, memos, and client updates
Attending depositions, hearings, and mediations
Managing a caseload of litigated claims
Skills and Educational Requirements:
2+ years of Civil Litigation experience
Prefer prior Insurance Defense case experience
Active Texas Bar License Required
