Associate Attorney (International 4-6 YR) - Kirton McConkie PC

Kirton McConkie is seeking to employ an Associate Attorney with 4 to 6 years of significant international legal experience. Kirton McConkie is the only firm that has a dedicated international practice group in Salt Lake City. High academic performance, excellent analytic and writing skills, and meaningful international legal experience with a recognized international law firm, major multinational corporation, or government or similar employer are required. Experience with drafting transactional documents as well as general corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions matters is a plus. Experience living or working overseas is highly desirable as is fluency in a second language, including Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Swahili, Hindi, or Tagalog. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated to learn, and be hard-working.

Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a licensed attorney in good standing in another U.S. state.
