Associate Attorney - IP Litigation - Top Tier Candidates

Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for an IP Litigation Associate Attorney. They have a very successful IP Litigation practice group that often handles high profile litigation for well known clients. You would be joining an established, growing, and modern firm with a lot of room for advancement!

Required Experience:

• Proven track record in managing complex IP cases, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial experience.
• Familiarity with technical aspects of IP law, including understanding of relevant technologies and scientific principles.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with a portfolio of briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of experience in IP Litigation.
