Associate Attorney is someone who assists the attorneys in all aspects of the day-to-day legal activities and assists in the administration of the attorney-client relationship.

ASSOCIATE – LABOR & EMPLOYMENT
LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA

We are a recruiting firm seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join our client’s Labor & Employment practice in Atlanta.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Georgia Bar Admission
• 5+years of substantial labor and employment litigation experience is preferred, although candidates with general civil litigation experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Solid law firm experience, with excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with an established team of litigators to handle a diverse range of civil litigation matters.
• Engage in complex case management and provide high-quality legal services to a robust client base.
• Work closely with clients to develop effective strategies and policies to avoid employment litigation, resolve employee disputes, and successfully dismiss labor and employment claims
