Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment - Gpac

A well-established law firm with a prestigious reputation has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced litigator with an interest practicing in California Labor & Employment Law. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and three or more years of experience in private practice. The successful candidate will have experience managing all aspects of litigation from intake to resolution and collaborates well in a team environment. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member and in good standing of the California Bar
• 3 or more years of experience in civil defense litigation, labor & employment, and/or related business disputes
• Experience conducting legal research, discovery, and drafting motions, briefs, memorandums, discovery, and other legal correspondence, and trial preparation
• Possesses a strong work ethic and superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks throughout litigation while meeting deadlines efficiently
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, works well on a team
• Trial experience is preferred, but not a requirement
