Community association law combines several legal disciplines, including the law of contracts, real property, title, corporations, tort, housing discrimination, and insurance
This multi-disciplinary practice serves approximately 52,000 common interest developments in California and is growing.Our attorneys provide advice, counsel, and litigation services to these associations and their volunteer directors
Our associates have immediate and direct client contact, work on substantive matters inside and outside the courtroom, and have a unique opportunity to build a thriving practice in an underserved area of the law
If you are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and want to avoid a traditional commute to San Francisco, Oakland, South Bay, or Peninsula, we encourage you to submit your resume for consideration.Qualified candidates must be licensed in California, have strong writing and analytical skills, be confident in communicating with clients and the Court, and have a goal of becoming an expert in this practice area
Knowledge or experience in relevant legal disciplines, including professional liability defense litigation, is a plus.The role starts as a full-time in-office position with an annual billable hour requirement of 1650 hours billed
Salary is negotiable based on experience
