Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
JD or similar plus:
- 3+ Years of Litigation Experience
- Ability to travel in the Western US- most times back same day but sometimes extended
- Ability to handle 30-50 cases at a time- being proactive and doing prelitigation research
- Experience with working with insurance adjusters is a plus
- You do onsite inspections of natural disasters of large losses, meet with insurance adjusters, meet with expert witnesses, and litigate cases to subrogate large losses
