Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced litigation associate to join their Orange County or Los Angeles offices. This opportunity is with a growing midsized California firm that specializes in civil litigation defense for commercial, insurance, labor and employment, general liability, professional liability, premises liability, and transportation claims.
We are seeking an associate with 4+ years of substantive litigation experience handling auto/transportation defense, general liability, premises liability, insurance defense, or commercial liability matters in California state and federal court. Interested attorneys should be comfortable independently managing a caseload through all stages of litigation and have significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice. Other job responsibilities include:
