Founded in 1947, they focus on defending both private and public entities on a variety of civil litigation matters. This includes personal injury (catastrophic injury and wrongful death), commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, construction defects, product liability, premises Liability, and general tort. The role will join the largest practice group that provides development resources and often take cases to trial. Offices are located in downtown SF and Walnut Creek.

Job Details
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience with defense litigation: personal injury, premises liability, product liability and/or landlord tenant disputes or other general liability cases
- Willing to try cases (bonus if you have trial or trial prep experience)
- Desire for growth and career driven
- Must be licensed in CA (can work remote anywhere in the state)
