Job Details
Associate Attorney – 3+ years’ experience
Conduct research, prepare reports and legal documents, and perform other duties to develop and implement strategy
Ability to identify key facts and issues, provide thoughtful analysis of the law and develop arguments, and provide recommendations
Be responsive to clients and colleagues, and build meaningful relationships with clients based on trust and excellent work
Prepare work product such as pleadings and discovery in a timely manner
Be intentional to stay informed about developments in the law
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Maintain an attention to detail in all work product
Requirements:
Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
In good standing and able to practice law in the state of California
Strong research, writing and critical thinking skills
Knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision but also able to work as part of a team
Detail oriented and organized
Professional and collegial
Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office applications
