Associate Attorney - Losh Associates

A National Law Firm is seeking an Attorney with 2-8 years of experience to join their Miami Corporate Law team.

Experience and qualifications:

• 2-8 years of transactional experience: mergers & acquisitions, joint venture, complex real estate transactions.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish
