Experience Required:
- Leader Opportunity: 5+ years of Plaintiff personal injury experience;
Junior Opportunity: Insurance Docket expertise.
- Leader Opportunity: Proven trial experience with successful outcomes.
Junior Opportunity: willingness to learn and grow both in pre-suit and litigation experience for your career.

Responsibilities starting for Leader Opportunity and growth to these skills as a Junior Attorney:
- Independently manage a docket of personal injury cases, including auto/trucking, malpractice and premises liability.
- Conduct civil discovery, depositions, develop case strategy, and prepare for trials and mediations.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
- A passion for being a Plaintiff personal injury trial lawyer.
- Strong deadline driven and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of office technology, experience with Filevine and Lead Docket.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and dependability.
