Associate Attorney - Projects - Top Tier Candidates

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their projects team! This team is recognized as Band 1 in all relevant categories by Chambers. The group works on some of the most innovative and complex challenges in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address regulatory aspects of developing, financing, buying, and selling a diverse range of energy projects across the country.
• Focus on:
  • Power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements
  • Interconnection agreements
  • Grid and transmission issues, particularly in the renewable energy sector

Qualifications:

• 4-8+ years of legal experience in FERC electricity
• Familiarity with project finance or energy transaction documents
