We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a passion for family law to join our team. As a key member of our family law practice, you will handle diverse cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives. The position is critical in helping us maintain excellence in client service by balancing legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration. To be successful in this role, the incumbent in this position would be expected to do the following:

Position Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in family law: Demonstrated experience in handling a variety of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, custody disputes, and support matters. You must be confident in navigating the complexities of family law and providing sound legal counsel to clients.
- Active admission to the Texas State Bar: You must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar and fully licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. A proven record of ethical practice is essential.
- Exceptional writing skills: The ability to draft compelling legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence is crucial. Your writing samples should reflect a high level of clarity, precision, and professionalism, ensuring all communications are persuasive and legally sound.
- Strong verbal communication skills: You will regularly engage with clients, colleagues, and courts. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills are required to effectively represent clients, present arguments, and collaborate within the team.
- Excellent attention to detail: Precision is key when handling legal documents, contracts, and case management. You must be meticulous in identifying critical details to ensure accuracy and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities: This role requires excellent time management and organizational skills. You must be able to juggle deadlines, manage various cases simultaneously, and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Notes on Compensation: This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
