Bull Blockchain Law LLP, Law Firm in Philadelphia PA, is looking for Associate Attorneys (multiple openings) to draft memorandums & agreements for equity financing, private placements, & exempt offerings; Complete entity formation and draft agreements and contracts for start-ups; Provide consultation in relation to corporation laws and securities laws; Handle cryptocurrencies litigations for Chinese clients. 100% telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.
Min: U.S. J.D. + Bar Admission to any state; Bachelor degree in business related major; 6 months legal experience & 2 years’ experience in business/finance occupation; Experience with SEC filings; Bilingual in Chinese & English; Knowledge of corporation laws, securities laws, stock, capital markets, financial institutions & business operations.
