Associate, Banker – Industry/Country Coverage with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in San Francisco, California. Structures, analyzes, and executes transactions on behalf of companies in the healthcare space. Reviews proprietary financial models for the Healthcare sector, such as M&A, DCF, and LBO valuations. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with: building and reviewing financial models including operating models, M&A, Discounted Cash Flow and Leveraged Buyout valuations and models; developing complex presentations and financial models using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint; working on teams providing financial advice to healthcare companies on M&A transactions, capital raising, and other complex financial transactions; working with financial data providers such as Capital IQ and other software programs; and performing due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.  Domestic travel required approximately 5-10% of the time for business meetings. Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this San Francisco, California, United States-based position is $175,000/year - $225,000/year.
