Exciting Opportunity: Personal Care Formulation Chemist

Join a dynamic lab team focused on scaling up cutting-edge skincare, color cosmetics, and sunscreen formulations with an emphasis on emulsion technology. Your role will be diverse, from filling samples for inventory and customer requests to conducting fundamental studies on SESA materials and monitoring lab stability. You'll contribute to the creation of formulation sheets and stay on top of market trends in both US and Asian personal care markets through data tracking.

In this hands-on lab role, you'll operate advanced equipment like pH meters, viscometers, high-shear mixers, and microscopes, while also working with organic solvents, silicones, volatile fluids, and other raw materials. The position offers variety with room to take on additional projects as assigned, broadening your experience in the personal care field.

Ideal Candidates:

• 1-2 years of personal care industry experience (or a Cosmetic Science degree with less experience)
• Background in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or other relevant scientific fields
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Professional, positive attitude and a reliable team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating formulation sheets and data entry
