Essential Functions
- Asset Management Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Avenew team to understand their asset management needs and develop tailored strategies to optimize asset performance, reliability, and longevity.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement asset management solutions, including the integration of technology and new processes. Ensure solutions are aligned with the latest trends in industry best practices and client requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis to monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement. Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to team.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to our team, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to asset management systems and solutions.
- Client Training and Education: Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate clients on the effective use of asset management tools and techniques.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in asset management. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our solutions and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in civil or construction engineering is required
- 1-2 years of experience in the transportation or construction industry preferred.
- A desire to serve others to the highest level in helping them achieve their goals.
- Be interested in making your and other communities a better place to live, work and play.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- A desire to learn the transportation industry including the construction of new and preservation projects.
- Passed or ability to pass the Fundamentals of Engineering exam within 12 months of hire
