Associate Commercial Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 50k/year - Allentown, PA

• Our client, a 100+ year old privately-held insurance agency with a close knit culture in the Allentown, PA area is looking for an Associate Commercial Lines Account Manager. They provide insurance and risk management solutions in PA, NJ and a few others. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Account Managers with a commercial book of middle market to large accounts by processing changes, renewals, cancellations/reinstatements, making calls to clients or companies, or in any other area as instructed by the account manager.
• Prepare pre-renewal documentation needed for Account Manager and Producer
• Create loss summaries as requested
• Review Coverage Checklists & Endorsement/Audit reviews, facilitating corrections as necessary, engaging the Account Manager with any questions or concerns.
• Create and issue Certificates of Insurance, Automobile ID Cards

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• 1+ years of insurance experience.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 50k/year plus commission and bonuses.
• Full benefits package including 100% employer paid health insurance for the employee, 401k, ST/LT Disability, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
• In office training period then hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote).
• 8am - 4:30pm work schedule.
