- New Loan/ Modification/Extension/ Renewal Documentation Tracking
- Recorded Docs tracking
- Triage and escalate documentation deficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track incoming packages for Commercial New/Mod/Ext/Renewals against established reporting.
- Track incoming Commercial Recorded Docs against established reporting.
- Triage and escalate documentation deficiencies.
- Barcode creation for loan packages received in paper only.
- Prep packages for imaging
- Interface regularly with other departments of the bank (Legal, Teams, Loan Servicing, Compliance, Audit)
- Interface with external legal to follow up on document deficiencies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Skills/Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- 2-4 years of experience with commercial loan processing.
- Strong commercial loan documentation knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail is critical independent worker who operates with minimal supervision.
- Work well with deadlines. Strong SLA focus.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working with an Imaging System, Nautilus or OnBase Imaging Systems a plus
- Experience with Excel, ability to create basic spreadsheets.
The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 USD an hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
