Associate Consultant from Collabera

In the beginning, the associate consultant will be going through training about ServiceNow and how to be a consultant.

Then, the associate consultant will start to shadow senior consultants (listen in on calls, learn the process, etc.)

Will participate in code reviews

Will participate in daily stand ups

They will get involved with day-to-day support (supporting 1-3 clients), customization of apps, etc.

Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field

This person must be a fresh college graduate

This person must be okay with being in a consultant role

This person must have a foundational knowledge of different programming languages

This person must have problem solving skills, logical skills, analytical skills, etc.

This person must have good communication

This person must be outgoing

This person must be open to talking about their interests, hobbies, etc.
