Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site contract management and compliance advice.
- Track and monitor contract changes, deliverables, and risks.
- Ensure contract management aligns with company policies, laws, and customer requirements.
- Respond to complex contract inquiries and identify risks.
- Review and manage contractual obligations to ensure compliance.
- Communicate contract status, compliance, and modifications.
- Escalate unresolved contract issues to leadership.
- Implement contract management processes.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, business units, and legal.
- Inform project teams of contract requirements and monitor compliance.
- Develop and integrate contract management tools and processes.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of contract management experience, including 3 years in federal government contracting.
- Understanding of US federal contracting principles, FAR, and DFARS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with public safety agencies, advanced degree, familiarity with VAARS, and specialized subject matter expertise.
- This position requires U.S. Citizenship
