Corporate Law Associate Attorney 

Position Overview:

As a Corporate Attorney, you will be crucial in providing legal support and counsel to clients in various corporate matters. You will work on diverse corporate transactions, contracts, and compliance issues, gaining invaluable experience and collaborating with a team of skilled legal professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and business transactions.
• Review and draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex corporate issues.
• Conduct legal research and due diligence and assist with negotiations.
• Maintain meticulous records and stay informed about changes in corporate law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in MA.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
