This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm plus an afterhours/weekend on call rotation. Applicants hired into this position can work from either Illinois or Wisconsin and will have a hybrid in-office and remote work location. Details will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking an Associate Database Administrator (Epic) to:
- Perform administrative, management and planning tasks.
- Serve as a liaison with database users, management and database vendor for advice and needs.
- Provide support service.
- Ensure system integrity.
- Protect the data assets of the organization.
- Use ServiceNow to organize and document progress of work.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to user needs in a prompt and courteous manner.

Education:
Minimum – Associate Degree (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of).
Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
Preferred – One year relevant experience in a Healthcare setting.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – Cache DBA certification required within one year of employment.
Preferred – Epic Cache System manager certification preferred.
