Requirements

• Dental License
• Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
• 3 years of experience
• CPR/BLS certification

Compensation and Benefits

• Six-month base guarantee of $800/day or 30-36% graduated scale, whichever is greater.
