As an Associate Visual Designer at BCG, your role is to transform strategic insights developed by our consultants into clear and engaging visual formats. You will:

- Collaborate with consulting teams to capture and convert complex business strategies into compelling visual presentations and strategic illustrations that enhance understanding and engagement.
- Design creative solutions, applying innovative design principles to develop branding and creative concepts, both as individual contributor and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Craft impactful visual content for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, corporate communications, and strategic illustrations, ensuring all designs align with the project’s strategic goals.
