Boulder Community Health is seeking a Associate Development and Marketing Officer. The Associate Development and Marketing Officer reports to the Director of Development of the BCH Foundation (BCHF). The primary objective of the role is both to lead and support fundraising and marketing efforts to benefit the mission of Boulder Community Health (BCH) and Boulder Community Health Foundation (BCHF) and to develop long term relationships built on a firm understanding of the donors’ interests, passions, and values and to secure financial investments as a result of these relationships.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, communications, nonprofit management or a related field.
•Current Colorado Driver’s License is required.
•Three years combined experience in professional fundraising and marketing required.
•Experience with Raiser's Edge highly desirable.
•Proficient in MS Office and Outlook required.
•Strong understanding of Boulder philanthropic community preferred.
Responsibilities
•Reporting to Director of Development, this position will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 low to mid-level donors.
•Manage BCHF corporate giving program including annual event sponsorships, annual partnerships and other sponsorships as opportunities arise. Serve as the key point of contact for all corporate giving at BCHF.
•Manage employee engagement efforts and employee giving campaign with Foundation Director and Director of Development with a focus on building recurring giving.
•Act as Foundation liaison on the BCH Employee Appreciation Council.
•Manage and execute small gift campaigns to increase donor base and recapture donors.
•Assist with grateful patient program and other donor recognition projects.
•Assist with integration of pipeline building and writing major gift proposals.
•Collaborate with Director and Director of Development on annual appeals, newsletters and impact reports; assist with strategy and execution.
•Work with Foundation Director to create annual yearend reporting presentation(s).
• Assist with strategy and execution of personalized donor stewardship program at all levels.
