Program Description:
The Chick-fil-A Associate Management Program is an entry-level management program designed for recent college graduates interested in a career in operations, training, team management, or unsure of their future career path. Program candidates will serve in an associate-level leadership position in the organization where they will focus on running the shift operations of a multi-million-dollar organization with over 100 employees while they build their skillset and gain real-world experience that will launch them into their future, long-term career paths. This person will be working in a dynamic Chick-fil-A restaurant environment, solving complex problems, and generating results on their KPIs (key performance indicators) through hands-on, direct value, while leading small to medium-sized teams of people. The program runs anywhere from 2 - 3 years depending on the short and long-term goals of each candidate and includes a $61,750/year wage compensation package, two weeks of paid time off per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, as well as other benefits.
Program Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in hospitality/retail/operations preferred but not required
Program Benefits:
- Wage compensation of $61,750 yearly (paid at $25/hour)
