Cornerstone is a $5.5 million organization that provides comprehensive services for individuals and families in the greater Twin Cities metropolitan area who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking or general crime. Salary range: $100,000-$115,000
Job Summary:
Associate Director with significant skills and experience to take on a leadership role within our organization. This individual will oversee important initiatives and projects, as well as manage the daily operations of our Clinical Therapy, Shelter and Housing, Community Services, and Data teams. Collaboration with the Board, Executive Director, and leadership team will be essential in developing and executing strategies to fulfill the organization's goals and objectives.

Job Summary:

Essential Functions:
- Provides leadership and management oversight to critical service components within Cornerstone’s Program
- Oversee the hiring, orientation, training, and performance management and productivity of program staff and interns
- Participates in a range of external community activities oriented toward promoting trauma informed service delivery to families impacted by intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking
- Assists in the preparation of the organization’s annual budget and ongoing budget management of revenue allocation and cost controls
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Executive Director
- Responsible for grant development, monitoring, and reporting of program effectiveness through the development of outcome objectives, evaluation tools, and best practice standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential situations
- Strong problem-solving negotiation and conflict-resolution skills for navigating partnerships and advocating for victims and survivors
- Model and coach employees in peer-to-peer feedback conversations aligned with the agency’s recommended practices
- Attend and participate in Leadership meetings and trainings
- Assist in researching, planning, and implementing strategic plans with an eye toward innovation and mission and program alignment.
- The associate director should be a visionary leader with a proven track record of successfully growing and developing programs and teams. This pivotal role is accountable for program development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as fiscal management, staff supervision, public relations, and training initiatives.
