Job DescriptionSupport implementation of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) programs and projects throughout the
organization. Lead multiple high impact process improvement projects across the organization. Identify opportunities to significantly reduce operating cost and cycle time and increase efficiency and lead implementation efforts. Improve the capability of the organization by training and mentoring personnel on Business Excellence tools and provide mentoring and
leadership to Sponsors, Black-Belt and Green-belt and kaizen candidates. Responsible for
establishing the program strategy/plan, and the processes that align and integrate efforts
across multiple projects. Lead strategy sessions with teams and Senior Management. Recommend alternatives for strategies and priorities within the program. Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Manage and lead program teams to plan, execute, monitor cost, and performance to ensure that defined program goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute continuous improvement efforts to meet service, quality and cost objectives
- Influence senior management to apply LSS methodologies
- Support and motivate teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
- Provide training and coaching to Sponsors, Black Belts, Green Belts and Kaizen leaders
- Demonstrate strong leadership and ability to develop strategic scenarios and options aligned with strategy and goals
- Manages stakeholder relationships and expectations
- 10 years’ business experience, minimum of 4 years LSS experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred disciplines: Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management
- Accredited LSS Black Belt required; PMP preferred
- Demonstrated excellent problem solving, analytical and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Financial acumen and ability to assess project ROI
- Must be experienced in deploying LSS within a site or functional area
- Proven experience managing large, complex projects

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
