Associate Director, Business Intelligence, Performance & Analytics - McCann Relationship Marketing, LLC

Manage team of analysts that develop dashboards and generate reports providing insights on traffic, sales, spend, etc. for various client brands. Support and maintain production reports and create and maintain report documentation. Manage the in-house Pulse platform's Azure cloud infrastructure and estimate costs for enhancements/increase in scope. Implement and maintain cloud best practices, security and compliance standards for the in-house Pulse platform's Azure cloud infrastructure. Identify business intelligence tools like databases, transformation/computing engine, visualization software, etc. best suited for the project at hand. Manage and oversee end-to-end business intelligence project lifecycle including requirement gathering, execution, testing and validation, data quality checks, issue investigation and resolution, process documentation and delivery. Continuously optimize queries, improve performance and identify opportunities to implement new processes, tools, techniques and analytical frameworks to better serve our automotive customer. Analyze industry trends in technology and business intelligence and build strategy to improve overall performance. Perform new software and vendor evaluations based on project needs. Use Adobe Analytics, clickstream streaming data and Adobe tool stack to lead data analytics projects. Lead teams that employ cloud computing, modern data ingestion and visualizations techniques. Involved in recruiting, mentoring, goal setting and performance coaching of direct reports. Employ SAFe principles (Scaled Agile Framework) for project management. Consistently work with our clients to identify opportunities for scope growth and take the business forward. Onboard new data analysis projects, plan, build timelines and manage execution and timely delivery of projects for our clients. Create decks showing team's capabilities and work with senior leadership on new client pitches. Own client relationships and be the SME for any platform, data and visualization issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role*.

Master's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Technology Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role *

management; managing IT projects including project planning, timeline builds, resourcing, delegation, and status check-ins; Adobe Analytics, Adobe clickstream data, and Google
Analytics; Azure Databricks, Spark, Scala, and Python; Data ingestion, processing, and Analytics; SQL and Database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Postgres, or Hadoop; version control tools such as Azure DevOps or Git; Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; managing client relationships; project feasibility, estimation, and planning; cloud infrastructure and data issue investigation and resolution related to data requirement discrepancies and data integrity; and new software evaluation and vendor selection.
**This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Birmingham, MI office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
Salary: $116,626/year.
