Our Associate Directors are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. An Associate Director's two main areas of focus are completing specific departmental tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Associate Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

General Associate Director Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer an immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Associate Director of Hiring & Culture Responsibilities:
- Create and implement hiring goals and strategy
- Build and manage an interview team
- Manage onboarding processes
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Conduct final interviews and make hiring decisions
- Organize team-building events
- Manage Team Member celebrations

- Open availability
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
