What's the role
We're looking for an Associate Director of Paid Social who can lead strategy for clients while supporting the growth of the social business in the U.S. region. You will be at the forefront of social innovation whilst supporting key accounts to ensure social execution is consistent and aligned to plans. You will be hands-on, in the weeds, in partnering closely with clients, as well as working with social product and new business teams.

What you do
- Be a partner to clients in advising them on all things paid social,
- Prepare and present paid social marketing strategies and plans for clients.
- Communicate client performance regularly
- Setup and refine processes with team that ensures budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals (i.e. Pacing, QA checks)
- Manage up to 5 direct reports and mentor indirect manages utilizing a strengths-based coaching approach
- Actively participant in wider company initiatives including, but not limited to new business pitches, cross-sells and internal marketing efforts
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in paid social in an agency setting
- Deep knowledge of performance media and analytics (can turn data into a story)
- Managed paid social budgets in excess of $250K/month
- Expert-level knowledge and hands on activation on Facebook and Instagram is key, and at least 2 additional social platforms
- Experience with performance marketing/DR campaigns
- Effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Experience managing a team
