Our three Resource Centers (located in Nashville, TN; Boulder, CO; and San Diego, CA) are available for scheduled in-person events or assigned workspaces for those who want to work in the office. Remote team members also have access to flexible space scheduling for occasional use.

Your Role As a HealthStreamer
Position Summary
The Associate eLearning Development Manager (ADM) achieves internal business objectives by working strategically with development management leadership to lead high priority initiatives to successful completion. The ADM serves as the primary point of contact to both internal and external stakeholders.
This individual works closely with Program Editors, Learning Developers, Product Management (internal) and Contractors and Subject Matter Experts (external) to ensure services align with the business' goals and budgets. The ADM works to facilitate the day-to-day progress of assigned development projects, and is responsible for project definition, planning, scope, risk, and issue management. The ADM ensures project visibility and transparency to stakeholders through the overall project plan, strategy, progress and associated risks. This individual works with Development Management leadership to ensure overall project momentum by monitoring project accomplishments and driving the project forward to key milestones while quickly addressing issues. The ADM must possess a commitment to high quality work, self-motivation, and an obsession with organized processes. This is an entry-level role with significant responsibility and opportunity for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HeathStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
- Handles multiple projects running simultaneously.
- Exhibits a high level of leadership and personal ownership among peers and stakeholders Communicate ideas and plans for continuous improvement.
- Develops detailed project plans, including management processes/techniques to successfully lead management of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.
- Synthesizes data and status from multiple projects into a cohesive report
- Manages status across multiple projects and understand where an independent objective is at any given time
- Manages relationships including managing stakeholder expectations
- Mediates groups toward shared objectives, vision and goals of project initiatives and ability to understand project and stakeholder needs from multiple angles and perspectives.
- Analyzes project data and takes corrective action where needed.
- Seeks continuous improvement for themselves and others; solicits feedback for personal growth and improvement
Qualifications
What You Will Need to Be Successful
Education, Experience and Knowledge Required
- BA or BS or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional development/project management experience
Skills and Abilities Required
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Intermediate MS Project or equivalent (including developing, managing, publishing project schedules)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Ability to ask probing questions to understand technical terms and concepts that help define project details.
- Strong conflict management
- Requires little supervision
- Has exceptional time management skills
