Job Title: Facilities Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse inventory and coordinate the renting and selling of in-house tools and materials.
• Oversee the ordering of janitorial supplies for all local HITT properties.
• Ensure efficient inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with regional offices to meet their tool and material needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
