Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex – hybrid, 3 days onsite, half-day Fridays
Compensation: $105-120K + Bonus
Vaco is looking to hire an Associate FP&A Manager on behalf of one of our publicly-traded Fortune 200 clients. This role falls on the consolidated side of finance, building reporting packages based on all the numbers coming in from all the different business units under their umbrella.
Day-to-day includes maintaining their models for the global consolidate forecast, period flash results and sales trends. This will roll up to a VP of Finance we previously placed that has received great feedback from both people reporting to her and she reported to.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial analyses to measure monthly financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends
- Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends, market condition analysis within regions and business lines
- Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
- Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecast updates
- Present and explain findings to executive leadership
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
- Intermediate Excel required
- Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
