What your future day will look like:
- Collaborate with the Diamond Teams to provide quality client experience by supporting Advisors in administrative task such as scheduling client reviews, preparing presentations, and attending client meetings.
- Work with the Private Client team to collect and input data on financial planning clients and assist in analyzing client financial positions, investment styles and tax positions.
- Assist with day to day client servicing and serve as liaison between Advisors and Client Service team.
- Coordinate the client onboarding experience including electronic paperwork, compliance review, etc.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- BS in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Series 65 or 7 and 66or willingness to obtain
- CFP preferred
- Ability to pass background and credit check
- 1+ year of experience of financial advisor experience with a registered advisory firm, trust operation or brokerage
