Who We Are:
Our team, the Cloud Services team within the Information Technology Center, is responsible for Azure cloud services and Active Directory for the Enterprise. The team provides support and implementation services to support the needs of the Institute.
Objectives of this Role:
- Support of the Microsoft SharePoint Online environment in the Microsoft 365 GCC High cloud. To include site creation, managing user permissions, libraries, and lists.
- Development and support of the Power Platform suite, including Power automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics etc. and SharePoint and Project sites.
- Support and maintenance of SharePoint Sites.
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies in use by the organization. To include Teams, OneDrive, Office 365 apps.
- Work independently, and suggest, develop, and implement new process and procedural improvements, communicate effectively with end users and work in a team environment to resolve issues.
- Serves as a SharePoint Online, Power BI & Power Automate subject matter expert.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Manage, secure, and optimize our SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments, enabling collaboration and efficient business processes.
- Maintain and monitor the security and health of the Microsoft SharePoint online and Power Platform suite environments staying up-to-date with best practices and ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Recommend changes to improve processes.
- Develop, maintain, and support various SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and currently developed Power Automate applications. Develop new Power Automate applications.
- Oversee the creation of MS Teams via existing Power Automate flows and manage all administrative aspects of Microsoft Teams.
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related degree field with relevant experience. 5 years of professional level experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
- 1 years: Managing a Microsoft SharePoint M365 online environment at an enterprise level.
- 1 years: Development and support of Microsoft Power platform apps including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- 1 years: Management and support of Microsoft Teams.
- Technical Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMWare certifications are a plus.
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
