Associate - Landscape Architect - IBI Group

We are seeking a landscape architect with construction design experience across a wide array of project types including housing, retail, resort/hospitality, and mixed-use. This role will be responsible for managing design projects, meeting financial, quality and timeframe objectives, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Role accountabilities:

• Perform detailed phases of landscape architectural and urban design work for a project of moderate size and complexity (e.g., a single-structure facility requiring occasional interface and collaboration with various architecture and engineering disciplines)
• Design site and prepare working drawings and related project documents
• Prepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data
• Interact independently with other with disciplines

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• CLARB registration and/or licensure in one or more US states
• 3-6 years of experience
• Experience leading project teams
• Successful experience with the management of budgets and contracts
