The Associate Manager, Design and Merchandising Operations Support will support multiple leaders including Brand CEO with calendar management, meeting preparation, assistance with reporting, travel and more as required. A successful candidate is highly-detail oriented, proactive, understands confidentiality and able to manage multiple priorities at once. This role requires a high level of judgment and the ability to work calmly under pressure, while ensuring all responsibilities are successfully met.
Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support for their leaders including, but not limited to, calendar management, milestone meeting scheduling, printing necessary reports/documents for meetings, expense processing, travel arrangements and in-office meals.
• Keep leaders on time and on schedule.
• Schedule all milestone meetings for design and merchandising including negotiating and reserving work space.
• Coordinate samples and ship to appropriate contacts to support marketing needs.
• Organize and maintain seasonal files including color and concept presentations.
• Act as point person for Lucky Upcycled; ship one-of-a-kind orders to appropriate contacts.
• Coordinate and manage design clean up and donations.
• Support design team needs including, but not limited to, picking up fabric and trims, dropping garments to be tailored, in person returns of samples, providing QR codes for visitors, etc.
• Liaise with design, merchandising and marketing teams to support any temporary resources for their teams.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements for multiple accounts.
• Process design invoices with accounts payable for on-time payment; track running total against budget line items and coordinate with Finance on any discrepancies.
• Partner with facilities as needed (i.e. seat moves, room reservations, support for meetings)
• Maintain office supplies for Design, Merchandising, Marketing and Planning; place monthly supply re-orders or fulfill ad hoc requests.
• Assist department leaders with any special projects.
Requirements & EEO Statement:The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
