Primary Responsibilities:POSITION PURPOSE:
The Digital Commerce Partnerships Associate Manager is a crucial role in driving growth and profitability by onboarding new small parcel D2C retail partners and expanding our existing KeHE brands' presence on our KeHE-powered D2C website. With KeHE's extensive portfolio of tens of thousands of brands, this position offers tremendous opportunities for growth and impact in the digital commerce space. DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail & CPG Brand Partner Onboarding and Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new small parcel D2C retail & brand partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, aligning their needs with our business objectives.
Digital Commerce Growth:
- Proactively engage with existing KeHE brands to expand their presence on our KeHE-powered D2C website.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the D2C segment.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends and emerging opportunities in digital commerce.
Project and Performance Management:
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on growth potential and profitability impact.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on the progress and impact of digital commerce initiatives.
Supply Chain and Operations Collaboration:
- Understand the fundamentals of e-commerce supply chain management.
- Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse operations teams to ensure seamless product availability and fulfillment for D2C partners.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Detail oriented with a sales driven mindset; ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across the retail landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online retail operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving digital commerce trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital partnerships, or related role, preferably within the retail or CPG industry.
- Experience with supply chain and category management in an e-commerce context is highly desirable.
