Hybrid - 3-5 days per week in office
POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the position is to calculate prices, report data and ensure Glenmark’s compliance with all state and federal programs and contracts.
OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for calculating and submitting all price types including monthly AMP, quarterly AMP, BP, ASP, PHS, FCP, quarterly NFAMP and annual NFAMP including restatements. Perform variance analyses as required.
- Ensure prices are calculated accurately and reported timely.
- Administer FSS/PHS contracts including SAM registration, FSS eligibility and monitoring of PHS overcharges.
- Update PHS/FSS products, pricing and membership as required. Perform and process PHS price reconciliations

Serve as the Technical contact or backup for Glenmark in CMS’ DDR system. Update DDR system with new Glenmark product information and changes to existing products. Upload monthly and quarterly pricing data.

Ensure data in CMS DDR system accurate.

Assist with Medicaid rebate processing.

Rebates calculated accurately and paid timely.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education
- BA/BS is required
Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in government pricing, Medicaid, compliance related activities, financial analysis, rebate adjudication, chargeback processing or contracting (pharmaceutical experience preferred with focus on government sector)
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)
- Knowledge of government price programs and reimbursement policies.
- Strong analytical skills required.
- Advanced proficiency with excel including techniques such as pivot tables. V-lookup function and macros required.
- Experience with SAP, Revitas and/or Model N preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with all levels in the company and stakeholders.
- Good inter-personal skills and hands on approach.
- Ability to work with teams.

- The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
