Qualifications you'll bring:

- An associate's degree in a business/accounting/math related area preferred, but not required
- Two years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or other related industries
- The availability to work full-time, virtually within New York State
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer experience including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:
- Completing the team's daily workload including billing and payment related transaction processing, reconciliation, and research, for all assigned accounts
- Working closely with multiple internal departments to provide excellence in servicing all MVP customers, including member direct bill and employer group accounts
- Interacting directly with MVP customers to ensure correct billing, payment allocation and collection activity
- Accurately process reconciliations and/or payment transactions daily, maintaining weekly and monthly Excel spreadsheets, working various reports, multi-tasking projects, and the completion of incoming customer requests within the department
- Must be able to collaborate as a team player or work independently
- Ability to determine discrepancy root cause and recommend solutions
- Required to meet departmental quality control standards and deadlines
- Performing other duties as assigned
