Associate Patient Care Technician - Emergency Unit at St Joseph Hospital-Orange, CA. This position is for Full-time and will work 12-hour Night Shift.
Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, and Department Manager, provides care to the Emergency Department or Critical Care patient.

Required Qualifications:
+ Coursework/Training: Completion of 1 clinical semester of nursing school or equivalent education/experience.
+ 1 year as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Corpsman in the Armed Services, PCT, or
+ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute hospital setting, sub-acute long term care setting or outpatient/home health setting.
+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
+ Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) - provided by St. Joseph Hospital within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2 years of experience working in an emergency department as an EMT or CNA.
